Māori (Ngā Puhi, Tainui, Te Ātiawa), Kiwi-born, London-based entrepreneur with 20+ years in creative, luxury and consumer innovation.
Co-founded The Lab Co. and MXM, studied perfumery in Grasse, and leads LAB’s creative, fragrance direction and global brand building.

Tess Richards

Brand and Creative Director with a background across fashion and luxury. Former Creative Director at Jigsaw and Jaeger and fragrance collaborator with Unilever. Co-architect of LAB’s fragrance, clean innovation and brand systems across TLC and MXM.

Leads LAB’s operational, commercial and international retail development. Oversees supply chain, manufacturing partners, regulatory requirements, Amazon strategy and multi-region retail rollout across the UK, EU, Middle East and Australia.
